An event planner of 11 years and owner of Boston-based event firm Revel and Joy Events. I am so grateful that you've joined me here.
Something unexpected about me: I didn’t always know that I wanted to be a wedding planner. And I don’t subscribe to a lot of the fluff that the wedding industry puts out into the world.
I fell in love with the world of weddings, but my roots are in the performing arts and event production. This is why every wedding to me is both an art and a logistical puzzle. It’s a life milestone that deserves to be celebrated. There is so much emotion and joy that goes into a wedding day, and I firmly believe that the planning process should be just as joyful as the wedding day.
For the past eleven years I’ve produced hundreds of events: from large-scale corporate celebrations, to non-profit fundraisers, to personal milestones. These experiences have led me to plan everything from large-scale events for 1,000 to intimate dinner parties for 30. And among all that, I have helped dozens of couples celebrate their weddings with ease.
